Full-time Technical Support Specialist

at Jobisite in Pennsylvania

We are looking to hire and train someone with little or no experience to become part of our Team. In that capacity, you will learn how to assemble, program, set up, test monitor and troubleshoot our medical alerts and health monitoring equipment. After an initial order is received, you would be expected to perform equipment installation and testing at a customer’s location or ship it to the customer address. You would need to be able to explain and demonstrate all of the features to consumers while visiting them or over the phone. The remainder of your time would be spent providing technical support either over the phone and or on site if necessary. As you become more knowledgeable, you will be given a wider role in the technical and customer support areas.
