Position: Elasticsearch Developer
Location: Dallas, TX


Performs development and configuration of Elasticsearch platform.
Ability to communication and collaborate with various teams and vendors.
Participates in functional and technical design.
Participation in Agile development activities Scrum, Kanban.
Ability to work on CI/CD tools and technologies
Ensure coding, testing, debugging and implementation activities completed as required.


MUST HAVE Skill sets

Strong technical skills, with at least 3+ years of development experience in Elasticsearch Search.
Hands-on experience in various Elasticsearch modules (Indexing, Querying, Spell check, Typeahead, Search Analytics, Relevance tuning, Kibana, Logstash etc)
Search technology knowledge on Indexing process, Query optimization, Relevance Tuning, Elastic Search API, Integration of Elasticsearch with user interface application
Knowledge in Indexing content through various methods – using OOB connectors, Push API, Custom method.
Knowledge in building custom indexing pipeline, query pipeline, writing custom extensions
Knowledge in monitoring and maintaining Elasticsearch search platform
Hands on experience on CI/CD Tools like Git, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes
Experience in Web service, RESTful Webservices
Proficient with Soap/XML, JSON. Spring boot, Spring,
3+ years of experience with website development, web services and API development
Flexible and adaptable with the ability to align to changing priorities
Ability to work both independently
