We are looking for individuals seeking longevity with our company. Knowledgeable, courteous and professional individuals with experienced preferred but willing to train the right candidates. Excellent verbal and communication skills a must. Familiarity with computers and ability to type 35wpm is required.
As an operator your duties will include Courteously greeting callers, determining the reason for the call, answering questions, or directing their request to the appropriate department and or individual. Empathy, kindness, professionalism is a must.
