Full-time Administrative Assistant - 2771

at Three Saints Bay, LLC in Virginia

OLH Technical Services , LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Norfolk, VA.

The candidate should be an energetic individual with strong MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email) skills who can work independently with little supervision. The position will primarily support our HUD customer by performing administrative duties such as maintaining meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes, documenting and tracking action items and disseminating to the team.

Additionally, this position requires up to 10 trips/yr to support national presentations. This support may include assisting with registration, setting up presentation materials, taking presentation notes and questions, etc. All travel is fully funded under federal travel regulations.

Qualified candidates will be expected to:

Provide independent, daily support on a full-time basis.
Ensure the continuous functioning of administrative processes.
Prepare and deliver program management documentation and correspondence.
Edit, prepare, or create form letters, memoranda, and other business-related documents.
Create and maintain office files, both electronic and hard copy.
Attend meetings, generate and maintain meeting minutes, disseminate information concerning projects and programs, note important information or conflicts, and document and follow up on action items.
Schedule and arrange for conference facilities and conference/VTC calls.
Perform administrative tasks/duties in accordance with company operating procedures. Examples include: managing branch supply orders, ensuring printer stations are monitored, and ensuring phone rosters are updated.
Position Requirements:

US Citizen.
Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Public Trust Designation.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) years of administrative experience.
Experience formatting, processing and records maintenance for official documents.
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills/knowledge.
Experience with Adobe PDF.
Ability to travel up to 10 times per year. Trips are of a short duration (2 to 3 days) but absolutely required for this position.
