Lab Tech needs experience.

Lab Tech requires:

Ø Associate or Bachelor’s degree in technical field testing of cleansing formulations.
Ø 5 days on site in Stamford location with flexibility to travel to Trumbull location when needed.
Ø The candidate must demonstrate some lab experience
Ø Computer literate in Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ø Ability to understand and follow experimental protocols for preservation of data
Ø Comfortable and able to work with chemicals while following safe laboratory practices/protocols
Ø The ability to stand while working in the laboratory throughout most of the day
Lab tech duties:

Ø Evaluate, collect and record data.
Ø Participates in organizing and performing experiments using established procedures while summarizing and reporting results in a laboratory notebook.
Ø Uses a computer to enter data/information including charts and tables for communication of project results details.
Ø Involved in making liquid cleansing products.
Ø Tests characteristics of formulas using established procedures.
Ø Maintain and file FDA paper files, lab data, & maintain files by year & the unique FDA documentation
Ø Unpack & lift new product for testing, move & set-up product bins in the appropriate heated temperature controlled chambers
Ø Label each FDA product, check batch & UPC codes
Ø File returned FDA product from the labs back in the appropriate bins in heated chambers
Ø Detail orientated, create excel & word documents for projects using the appropriate forms
