Full-time Mid - Snr C#.Net Developer

Mid - Senior Developer to join the Technology and Data team in the UK – 100% Remote. 3+ years’ experience developing within a C# .NET environment with emphasis on asynchronous programming, dependency injection, Entity Framework, and unit testing. Strong SQL writing and general database designs experience with strong web development experience particularly in Angular, HTML, CSS and JavaScript is required.

Responsibilities:
• Actively work within a Scrum team across the full development stack.
• Assist in the support of existing, and the creation of new, applications & services written in both older and modern technologies.
• Actively support the development team particularly in coding practices and standards and promote our DevOps culture, tools and approach.
• Advise the team in new technologies, development tools and techniques.
• Work with Solution Architects to design modern, robust, workable solutions.

Requirements
• 3+ years’ experience developing within a C# .NET environment with emphasis on asynchronous programming, dependency injection, Entity Framework, and unit testing.
• Strong SQL writing and general database designs experience.
• Strong web development experience particularly in Angular.
• Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills.
• Working knowledge and understanding of common software design patterns.
• Working knowledge and experience of building software to SOLID principles.
• Working knowledge and experience of writing Unit Tests.
• Experience of using public cloud technologies (Azure).
• Experience of working within an operational/transactional enterprise business.
• Be highly proficient in C#, HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
