Kiliuda Consulting, a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Mid-Level Management Analyst to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) in Panama City, Florida.

Responsibilities:

Perform analysis and provide written reports to the customer in the following areas:

Effectiveness of program or project operations in meeting established goals and objectives on a quantitative or qualitative basis.
Life cycle costs of projects.
Potential benefits and uses of automation.
Develop/Create the following:

Program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology.
Program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodologies.
Procedures and systems for establishing, operating, and assessing the effectiveness of administrative control systems such as those designed to prevent waste, loss, unauthorized use, or misappropriation of assets.
Appropriate changes or corrective actions resulting from review of administrative audit findings.
Financial or historical reports using data from information systems.
Maintain numerous logs, records, and notebooks both physically and electronically.

Support the customer in the development and drafting of non-proprietary informational “white” papers for Government submission and use.

Analyze non-proprietary financial statistics from established management information systems to develop draft periodic or ad hoc reports.

Collect information from management databases.

Position Requirements:

U.S. Citizen
Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in a related area or 5 years of equivalent experience.
Additional Desired Attributes:

Skill with Microsoft Office 2016 or greater (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to communicate orally and in writing with a wide variety of personnel at various organizational levels.
Familiarity with Navy ERP and/or EDW.
Familiarity with Navy property management.
Position is located in Panama City, FL
