Full-time Dispatcher

at Pioneer Petro Tech in Alberta

Ensuring accurate input and timely management of all work.
Efficiently plan and schedule drivers, resulting in the reduction or elimination of unprofitable hours, wasted miles and increased driver productivity.
Manage and route all incoming requests to the dispatch telephone lines to ensure that information flows smoothly and efficiently to the right people.
Be the first point of contact for drivers regarding scheduling and job availability.
Coordination with maintenance and operations to ensure that the necessary equipment is available.
Assign equipment for upcoming launches to ensure all of our customers' needs are met.
Communicate with drivers to make sure delivery times are met.
Monitor specific driver requirements for each site to ensure they are met.
Report all absences and delays of drivers to the manager.
Ensure the correct placement of the trailer pool to meet the daily needs of customers while maintaining costs.
Complete customer reporting and tracking tables as required.
Assistance in dispatching drivers if needed
Performing other duties as assigned by the Head of Accounts.
