Full-time Customer Support Representative

at Agile Logistics in Ontario

Key responsibilities include:

Providing superior customer service by answering customer calls in a courteous, competent and professional manner.
Listen to customers and explore their needs as necessary, while meeting customer expectations in a way that is also consistent with policies, practices and procedures.
Shared account provision, billing and technical support for our customers.
Processing orders for services.
Maintaining the accuracy of client databases.
Assistance with reporting and administration.
Maintaining service levels and achieving business and performance goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Experience in a contact center is preferred.
Previous remote work experience is an advantage.
High customer focus and willingness to learn.
Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage their time effectively.
High reliability with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
High level of responsibility and reliability.
Well developed interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems with great attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and multitask while adapting to a rapidly changing work environment.
