Innovative Homecare Solutions is looking for compassionate, experienced, and devoted Certified Nursing Assistants & Private Duty Home Aides to improve the lives of the elderly in their homes and facilities across the Chicagoland area.

This is a great opportunity for new and experienced people looking to get into the healthcare field and those who are looking to retire (or already are retired). We off Full Time and Part Time opportunities!! We train the right candidates, you just have to have passion for helping people!

Job Duties:
-Assist clients taking prescribed medication
-Assist clients with ambulation / transfers
-Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
-Perform light housekeeping duties
-Be a pleasant and supportive companion

Required Experience:
-Valid CNA Certification in Illinois (for CNA applicants)
-Valid CPR Certification
-Covid Vaccinated
-Physical Exam ("fit to work")
-TB Test Results
-Authorization to work in the US
