Senior Facility Manager/Asset Manager (Virtual)
at HEQS International Pty Ltd in Manila
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Facilities Management team with day-to-day operations of a premium asset
• Manage the coordination of planned and preventative works
• Assist on finding the right suppliers for the assets repair
• Co-ordination of purchase order and invoice processing regarding the Asset Maintenance
• Ensure tenant satisfaction through enabling the efficient, cost-effective operation and maintenance of all services
• Maintaining and updating asset registers, supporting documentation and equipment (e.g insurance purchases)
Experience and Skills:
• At least 2-3 years' experience as a manager
• With background in occupational health and safety
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Ability to manage workflow of staff
• Negotiation and communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Business Administration
