Temp Senior Accounts Payable needs 2-3 years’ advance AP experience
Temp Senior Accounts Payable requires:
 Account analysis at an advanced level of volume and support for the Accounts Payable Department of the Bank.

Temp Senior Accounts Payable duties:
 Performs accounting and data analysis at an advanced level of volume and support for the Accounts Payable Department of the Bank.
 Reviews AP and Expense Reporting transactions, prepares reports, and performs account reconcilements both man

 Performs and monitors daily processing of Accounts Payable transactions such as invoices, expense reports, and journals.
 Enters data into financial systems and independently resolves processing issues to aid accounting efforts of the work group.
 Position requires the ability to apply accounting policy and procedures to daily activities and the department’s full-cycle operations.
 Operational Support
 Assists in month-end close activities, high-volume reconcilement of accounts, and data analysis to ensure accuracy of the Bank’s financial statements.
 Researches and addresses customer inquiries.
 Identifies and explains account variances on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
 Resolves exceptions within the Bank’s policies and recommends adjustments. Prepares journal entries, reports, and other documentation as necessary.
 Provides the support for 1099 and 1042S reconcilements and reporting for the year-end cycle.
 Supports the team and internal business partners with leading training, to include the creation of documentation and training materials.
 Maintains department documented processes and procedures to ensure they are current and accurate.
 Assists with system changes and testing including upgrades, troubleshooting, and new system searches.
 Partners with other business units cross-functionally to accomplish these tasks.
 Develops an understanding of the internal control program and associated functions to support associates, customers, and managers.
 Utilizes knowledge of accounting regulations and policies to ensure compliance in all activities, and to offer guidance in escalated customer inquiries.
