Job Description -

i. Review the New user onboarding, Access request forms, and provide
necessary feedback or any corrections required. Obtain necessary approvals
and submit service tickets with other partners. ii. Submit tickets for
password reset requests and unlocking accounts for Unix, Control M, DB2,
CyberArk, VM Horizon, Cognos and Tableau Accounts.

iii. Support User Access Review

iv. Support collecting evidence for SOC II Audits and archive them as
necessary

v. Submit deactivation requests on time in SRTS based on the SN offboarding
tickets vi. Submit SRTS tickets for any Adhoc activities where client needs
external partner support
