Our client is a newly started domiciliary care agency based in West London


They currently have a position for a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day operations

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for CQC interviews along with effectively planning, identifying and overseeing the budget and successfully deploying human, financial and other resources to ensure organisational objectives are met.

As the Registered Manager, you'll need to monitor performance and adherence to a set of standards, and engage in problem-solving underpinned by a values-based approach to your leadership.

About you

Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a domiciliary care environment

Proven successful CQC reports within services.

A genuine passion for the care sector.

Proven experience in complying with the CQC's Fundamental Standards of being Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well Led.

To ensure the service is performing exceptionally well working towards providing an Outstanding rating

Working from home and flexible working hours is an option.

Salary is negotiable based on experience
