Caregiver - Fond Du Lac
at Consumer Direct Care Network in Wisconsin
As a caregiver, you’ll build relationships, improve the quality of life and serve those in need of love and care. Your goal will be to help the member enjoy life by helping them perform their simple daily functions, meal prep, social interactions, grocery pick up, and housekeeping. Your compassion and diligence as a caregiver will bring joy into the lives of the members you work with and help them feel encouraged, involved, and loved.
Location- Fond Du Lac
Schedule: 8hrs/wk Wednesday and Friday 10am-2pm
Wage: $7.75-$15hr
Experience – No experience needed, just a willingness to learn and work!
Skills – We’re looking for individuals that are compassionate, social, trustworthy, able to set firm boundaries for member and service-minded. If you have experience cooking, cleaning, or caring for others, that’s a bonus!
Characteristics – Must be reliable and ready to work.
Duties for Member:
· Meal prep (lunch and dinner)
· Housekeeping (Sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, etc)
· Clean kitchen appliances (Refrigerator 2x a month)
· Laundry (Wash, fold, put away)
· Transport to chiropractor 1x a month (90mins travel and 1 hour appointment)
· Change bed sheets and laundry
· Shopping
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a criminal background check
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
