Full-time Programmer/Software Developer move-pianos.ca

Move Pianos is a young company that is hyperactive in its development. We are forming a team of the strongest. And we are waiting for a person who can break any records and create new unprecedented results!
What will you do?
- Software installation and maintenance of computer and office equipment;
- installing new users' work places;
- network maintenance;
- support, administration, and development of the functionality of the Retail CRM;
- the integration of Retail CRM with external systems (telephony, etc.)
- the elimination of errors that occur in the CRM and telephony;
- user support to work in the CRM system;
- Downloading data from the CRM on request;
- consulting, technical support employees of the company;
- minor repairs to equipment in the office;
- creation of software for automatic calculations of the company's performance.
Requirements:
- Experience with listed operating systems;
- knowledge of the installation process, booting, network connection setup process, troubleshooting;
- understanding of the principles of standard network protocols, their hierarchy (OSI);
- experience in data backup and recovery (databases, files, operating systems);
- Experience with IP telephony.
Terms and conditions:
- motivated young team;
- Work schedule: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m;
- comfortable office location.
