Service Center Rep, PAYS $17/HR

Service Center Rep requires:
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within an inbound call center
Ability to multi-task with attention to detail while utilizing verbal/written communication skills and listening skills
Desired Skills ServiceNow experience preferred, but not required
Workday experience preferred, but not required
Service Center Rep duties:
Relies on standard procedures, experience, and judgment as agreed by the supervisor to plan and accomplish goals
Performs a variety of tasks
Reports to a supervisor
Deliver responsive, accurate, and courteous service
Answer information inquiries from customers through various delivery channels including but not limited to telephone, email, and service center portal.
Promote the organization’s HR products and services.
Adhere to scripts, and knowledge base systems,
Research and resolve complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
Support our Human Resources Call Center.
