Full-time Service Center Rep, PAYS $17/HR

Service Center Rep needs 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or in a related area
Service Center Rep requires:
 Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within an inbound call center
 Ability to multi-task with attention to detail while utilizing verbal/written communication skills and listening skills
 Desired Skills ServiceNow experience preferred, but not required
 Workday experience preferred, but not required
Service Center Rep duties:
 Relies on standard procedures, experience, and judgment as agreed by the supervisor to plan and accomplish goals
 Performs a variety of tasks
 Reports to a supervisor
 Deliver responsive, accurate, and courteous service
 Answer information inquiries from customers through various delivery channels including but not limited to telephone, email, and service center portal.
 Promote the organization’s HR products and services.
 Adhere to scripts, and knowledge base systems,
 Research and resolve complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
 Support our Human Resources Call Center.
