Our international client is looking for Dutch Customer care agents to handle all customer needs, in an efficient,
professional and approachable manner.
Responsibilities
Handle all the incoming questions and requests via telephone, e-mail and /or chat
Providing assistants related to sales matters
Clarifying invoicing and payments
Advising client of Tariff changes
Increase client’s satisfaction while building and maintaining good and long-term customer relationships
Requirements
Secondary school level of qualification
Previous proven customer service experience
Dutch – native level (oral and written)
English - working level
Experience with CRM systems a plus
MS Office skills
Strong communication skills
Able to work autonomously
Not afraid to take decisions
Team player with good logical and analytical thinking
