Ghostrock LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide leadership and direction in a Cyber Security environment located on the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division in Philadelphia, PA.

Position Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be able to:

Develop project schedules and perform expansion/deep dives with multiple programmatic Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to identify proper sequencing and barrier removal/ risk mitigation for critical path deliverables.
Track program progress, assess future planning, and develop metrics.
Conduct cross program task layering / competing priority identification. Provide schedule risk mitigations, including sequencing and resource alignment.
Develop processes to identify and report program/project functional metrics to determine critical path progress to plan and assist in identification of risk mitigation actions to assist in maintaining project timelines.
Position Requirements:

US Citizen.
Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance; Candidates currently possessing an Active Secret Clearance (or higher) are preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred education & experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business.
Five (5) years’ experience in the operation, maintenance & testing of US Navy Machinery controls system.
Five (5) years’ experience as a Program Manager.
Experience to include contract & sub-contract management, budgeting, scheduling, planning, estimating and progress reporting.
