The Payment Processor is responsible for accurately and timely processing of customer mortgage payments to the servicing system daily. This position will work collaboratively with business units to ensure company guidelines and processes are met. Essential Job Functions: • Posts all payments accurately, either manually or electronically to the servicing system. • Posts all payoffs accurately to the servicing system. • Reconciles posted items. • Disburses checks. • Reconciles disbursement of checks.
