TORCH Solutions in need of Travel Support Specialist to start ASAP!
Responsibilities:
Resolve issues that may arise with travelers with a sense of urgency
Plan details for travel including transportation, accommodation, and airlines.
Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
Qualifications:
High School/Senior High School/College graduates
Must have 6 moths Customer Service/Travel related experience
Have 2-3 years Travel related Experience/ BPO/Non BPO Experience is Preferred but not required
Good communication and computer navigation skills
Knowledge of fares, airlines contracts, manual fare calculation, rules and regulations and ticketing
Knowledge of ticketing procedures for Airlines, Hotels and Ground transportation
Willing to work on-site (Pasig)
Willing to start immediately
