Full-time Senior Manager Customer Engineer

Duties and responsibilities

Be the frontline HW/SW and overall system support and interface to customers
Participate in product design and architecture design with R&D.
Work with R&D and DQA/SQA teams to ensure feature delivery/inclusion.
Support product platform selection and integration
Provide technical pre-sales support to the business team and post-sales support to the R&D team
Support business team in RFx
Support product technical acceptance and certification process
Run product validation, verification, and regression to ensure product quality, performance, reliability, usability, durability, and conformance that meet the company’s as well as customer’s
