Details:
? Drive delta configuration design decisions from BtB into Mercury Leading
template
? ?Show & Tell? S/4 capabilities mandatory change incrementation features &
functional and including scope as outcomes
? Functional architects will utilize outputs of workshops to explore
opportunities with identified simplification items
? E2E Process Flows as part of design
? Functional architects will provide support for specific topics
To execute:
o Fit-to-the Buyer?s established template workshops ? design review of
impacted business processes compared to the existing US template
o Document the design and/or functional specifications if enhancements are
required to support Buyer business requirements
o Configuration of the solution for the impacted business processes
o Execution of enhancement development if required
