The main objective of our Studio Manager is to ensure all personal goals and staff sales goals are consistently met by staying active in the community, keeping a positive relationship with our B2B (Business 2 Business) partners, and giving a customer-centric approach to our members. Protocols and procedures must be upheld at all times. This compensation structure is focused to motivate you to work with your team to achieve studio goals, set forth by HOTWORX Corporation and going above and beyond to meet potential members' needs within the confines of the studio.

Mon-Thurs and Sat availability required. Reliable transportation required.
