Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
A solid experience and understanding of architecting, designing and
operationalization of large-scale data and analytics solutions on Snowflake
Cloud Data Warehouse is a must.
Exposure to data sharing across schemas, have used data exchange on Snowflake.
Work with business owners and IT stakeholders to understand business and
functional requirements to design data warehouses and data marts.
Develop conceptual and physical data models as well as flow diagrams
illustrate current and future state data architecture.
Establish good data modelling principles and effective data quality standards.
Act as subject matter expert on all aspects of the data architecture,
including models, data staging and ETL frameworks.
Guide and mentor development teams on ETL, SQL queries and data design best
practices.

IDEAL DATA ENGINEER WILL HAVE:
Snow Pro certification is a must.
Snowflake SQL Writing SQL queries against Snowflake Developing scripts Unix,
Python, etc. to do Extract, Load, and Transform data.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake data sharing utilities such as Data
Exchange and Data Marketplace.
In-depth understanding of Data Warehouse/ODS, ETL concept and modeling
structure principles.
Experience in Data warehousing - OLTP, OLAP, Dimensions, Facts, and Data
modeling.
Experience gathering and analyzing system requirement.
