 Sr Teamcenter Developer - RemoteRole- Sr Teamcenter Developer

Duration- Contract

Location- Remote

Responsibilities:

 

·       Work with PLM Product Owner, Engineering, Manufacturing, Document
Control and IT to determine and define the future roadmap for specific areas
and applications pertaining to PLM.

·       Analyze business processes, needs, and requests and recommend,
develop solutions using system standards and best practices

·       Conduct analysis of system and functional specifications and
configuration then develop appropriate documentation,

·       Perform business process modeling, user experience modeling and basic
technical architecture diagramming

·       Gather business requirements - Liaise with customer representatives
to understand the needs of the business

·       Work closely with users to fully understanding their issues,
requirements and challenges to help provide a solution that will be best suited
for their needs.

·       Work on PLM solutions and integration solutions with CAD, ERP, MES
and related applications, Document control processes and best practices.

·       Interface on a day-to-day basis with other analysts, business users,
super users, and IT team members to support business operations and drive
change management

·       Analyze the impact of changes to the corporate application
landscape/enterprise Architecture.

·       Identify, and participate in prioritization of business capabilities
and act as a catalyst for building mature processes.

 

Required Knowledge/Skills:

 

·       At least 12 years of experience in PLM Business Systems Analysis with
strong Requirements Gathering, Functional and implementation knowledge and
Customer Management skills.

·       Deep understanding of manufacturing domain to understand how
configuration of OOTB vs customizations would fare for different product
companies within the same organization

·       In-depth knowledge of the PLM process and principles and experience
in working within a PLM team as a Process Consultant to help in blueprint
creation for business ? across streams like part classification, MBOM,
Requirement Management, Change management  etc.

·       In-depth knowledge of various integration methodologies to integrate
Tc with multiple Upstream, Downstream & Legacy applications.

·       At least 6+ years of experience/ deep functional knowledge with PLM -
Siemens Teamcenter

·       Working knowledge of MCAD/ECAD/ERP/MES

·       Hands-on experience in solution design and Server (ITK-C/C++)  and
Client (RAC -Java) development/customization

·       Understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing workflows pertaining
to BOM, ECO, ECR

·       Possess a strong business and customer focus with ability to interact
and influence users and senior management.

·       Knowledge and understanding of engineering & manufacturing processes,
document control in an aerospace company.

·       Detailed development of specification documents for development
requirements

·       Ability to work on multiple projects/initiatives for Solution design
concurrently

·       Experience with a deep understanding of IT Applications and Technology

·       Must be a self-starter with effective analytical, excellent
communication skills and experience in a customer-facing role
