The right candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting them with any questions and concerns they may have, and ensuring they have a pleasant experience. Our Customer Service Representatives are essential to the success of our company, so we're looking for individuals who are excited about building relationships and helping our clients with any questions or concerns they may have in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Must be self-discipline
Must be willing to work at least 44 hours per week

Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls, emails and other communications to provide timely and accurate information.
Answering questions and responding to complaints.
Interact with customers by phone or email.
Provide information about products and services.
Provide customer service to callers.
Support clients by listening, empathizing and problem-solving.
Use good judgment when dealing with customers.
Attending weekly meetings with supervisors
