Job Summary:
Global IT department is looking for an Obsolescence Project Manager
consultant. This position has the primary responsibility of managing the
Obsolescence Program.
Key Responsibilities: - Act as Project Manager to coordinate the relevant
teams (Business Lines IT, IT Infrastructure, IT Security):
? To risk assess and risk monitor specific asset types and assets
? To Client, reconcile and track the assets in scope
? To remediate and/or mitigate the obsolete assets (including the proper
storage of evidence supporting these remediation and mitigation actions)
? To manage the Obsolescence related governance (Steering Committees,
operational meetings)
? To support Obsolescence controls execution - Being the owner of the
Obsolescence Policy and Procedure, ensuring that:
? These documents are aligned with the current Obsolescence process and
? These documents are being updated them as needed
Desired profile: > At least 5 years of experience.

Previous experience in Obsolescence Management is a plus
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure
Skills: Strong written communication skills;
Good organizational skills with attention to detail;
Multi-tasking;
Ability to analyze and summaries information;
Ability to work autonomously
