Resource Management Analyst - 2894

Ghostrock LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an experienced Resource Management Analyst in Arlington, VA!
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Review unliquidated obligations and develop courses of actions on resolution of identified unliquidated obligations.
· Serve as a technical advisor in the resource analysis process related to disbursement and liquidation of Army financial resources.
· Perform a wide variety of analytical and administrative duties in connection with the formulation, presentation and execution of the unliquidated obligations.
· Provide guidance and oversight to Budget Analyst, Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) and Division Leads on the reconciliation of unliquidated obligations.
· Provide administrative support for in-processing and out-processing. Cross-organization for Defense Travel System (DTS).
· Troubleshooting DTS documents and profile inquiries.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· US Citizen.
· Active Secret Security Clearance or higher.
· Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred
· Expert in Army Force Management processes
· Experience as an Organizational Integrator or Force Management Analyst
· Seven to ten years of experience at the Army Staff/Joint Staff level
