Role : Senior Technical Program Manager
Experience : Min 15+
Project Duration : Multi-year
Visa: USC, GC,GC EAD & H1B
Location :Austin, TX / ONSITE
Scope/Responsibilities :
Performing highly complex (senior-level) state-wide finance funding formula calculation and modeling work. In addition, your duties may include, but not be limited to the following:
Analyzing and modelling the impact of proposed changes to the finance system
Utilizing and updating existing Oracle database SAS code models.
Collaborating with the Information Technology (IT) development team and Finance development team
Documenting and explaining changes to methodologies in code changes.
Supporting the design, development, delivery and management of legislative inquiries and projections of state-wide finance formulas.
Reviewing others’ work, including analysis and modeling for legislative fiscal notes, and providing technical advice to the client stakeholders on methodologies for costing out their finance bills.
Providing cost estimates for complex, high profile programs and projects
Training and supporting the development of junior analysts and modelers.
Minimum Requirements :
15 yrs. experience with SAS Programming
15 yrs. of Project Management experience
15 yrs. experience working with Large Relational Databases
15 yrs. experience with Microsoft Excel
Texas Resident
Preferred Qualifications :
15 yrs. experience performing the duties previously mentioned in a professional environment
10 yrs. working experience in programming financial models for fiscal notes.
