Role Business Data Analyst

Location: Norfolk, Virginia



Work -Day one onsite





Job Description

We are seeking a strong business or data analyst who has experience
analyzing trends in performance and technology and making recommendations
on which tools and tech to use based on the trends. It is critical for
this candidate to have strong experience in Excel working with V lookups
and Pivot tables. Please note that the data side will be very important so
they will need strong data evaluation, manipulation and data storage
experience.



Targeted Skillset
Comfort level extracting IVR data. More important to have exp with
manipulating and storing data than the IVR side
Advanced Excel
Pivot tables, v lookup, graph
Office 365
visio or Miro a PLUS
power apps-building general reports with Tableau is a plus
having had any contact center exp is a huge plus(exp with # of calls,
length on hold, etc...)
strong comm skills

Ideal candidate: Good amount of excel, data statistics, visio is a plus.
Comfort in asking questions, tableau is a plus(they use to export or
upload), 3-5 years of vlook ups, pivot tables.
