Our client is recruiting a Microsoft BizTalk Developer in the UK. The company has offices in 11 countries and is expanding in the UK.

They are looking for individuals that would like to be part of their growing success and part of the expansion team in the UK.

The role is hybrid and possibly remote for the right candidates. Exceptional candidates are prepared to help with relocation and sponsorship.


As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the following:


Designing and building solutions that best meet the business needs and are aligned with the IT strategy and roadmaps.

Designing application, technical, domain, or solution architecture

Managing large, complex deployments and configurations, the system through analysis and customisation.


As a successful candidate, you:


Must be able to demonstrate excellent program management, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Will be able to articulate architectural differences between solution methods, and the challenges and approaches to the successful integration of platforms.

Will be responsible for working with both senior-level business executives and IT personnel

Will provide some training and documentation - Training and documentation of the system are important as changes to the system have been and are progressing at a rapid pace.

Will develop and maintain a platform roadmap.

I will advocate and help ensure our architectures, designs and processes enhance a culture of operational safety and improve our digital security.

Will be able to use insight and good judgment to deliver commercially sound, efficient and pragmatic decisions and solutions, and to respond to situations as they arise.


Required skills:
10+ years of experience in delivering large business applications, out of which at least 5 years owning the architecture/design function

Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, FDD, TDD)

Experience working with major application development platforms (Azure, SalesForce, Dynamics 365)

Strong background in architecture with real-world experience in architecting, designing, and delivering large IT projects.

Ability to build strong relationships across the business and IT. Able to understand the long-term needs of the solution you are developing, and enable delivery by building a rapport with team members both inside and outside of the organization

Deep-seated functional knowledge of fundamental technology sets.

Comfortable rolling up your sleeves, getting involved, and diving into delivery challenges.

Experience in building and leading a tight-knit delivery team. Experience accomplishing exceptional project outcomes in a respectful and supportive culture.

A proven grasp of architecture development and design thinking in an agile environment.

Ability to adapt delivery techniques to drive outstanding project delivery.

Experience developing others to build architecture capability across an organization

Exposure to adjacent technology domains such as other platforms, networks, and cyber security.

Good interpersonal skills including the ability to relate complex topics in simple and accessible language.

Effective team player, naturally looking beyond your area/organizational boundaries to consider the bigger picture and/or perspective of others and build trust-based relationships with leaders and employees

Good hands-on skills in key technologies, and an ability to rapidly assess new technologies with a commercial mindset.


Nice to have skills:
TOGAF certification



Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and highly competitive
