Attention Pulmonary (or those with an interest in pulmonary) RNs! Pulmonary Clinic RN Program Coordinator Role With Froedtert Health

Froedtert Health is looking to fill a full time RN Program Coordinator role within our pulmonary clinic. You will be providing clinical management and care coordination for our program participants. The RN Program Coordinator works with an interdisciplinary team to achieve the best outcome possible for the patient. You would be participating in quality improvement initiatives along with assisted with the management of program resources while providing a continuum of care to the members of the pulmonary program.

This is a full time day shift role. Hours will primarily be 8 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday or as patient needs dictate.

What Do I Need To Qualify For This Role?

EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of three to five years of experience in nursing field is required. Patient care experience in related program setting is required. Experience in procedural care preferred.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
High degree of organizational skills and excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and take programmatic initiative, problem solve and be proactive in assisting the care team in managing this patient population.
LICENSURE:
Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
