Duration- Contract

Looks SAP Functional Consultants with SAP Logistics modules

Note- look for Functional SAP Architect who has done large SAP
implementations and migrations of project , when a parent company sells a
minority interest in the new company or de-linking of business operations from
the parent company and move to separate system or another existing system.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

·       Monitor the SAP Carve out project with some hands-on work

·       Responsible for the strategy, planning and design of activities to
support the SAP carve out

·       Partner to improve business processes

·       Understand complex business requirements & propose elegant
simplified, flexible low code cost effective solutions.

·       Ability to dig into the details and understand domain area in depth
while considering the vision for the landscape

·       Write, analyze and deliver specifications including functional
specifications, test, and debug to support enterprise application and reporting.

·       Responsible for reviewing the solution and making recommendations.

·       Collaborate across technology platforms and participate in enterprise
architecture reviews.

·       Accountable for operational excellence of assigned programs including
project reviews, feasibility, prioritization, risk, initiation, execution, and
closure.

Hard Skills:

·       12+ years? work experience in SAP Logistics modules, systems
integration, and application lead roles.

·       Proven SAP experience on large implementation programs and carve out
/ divestiture programs

·       Knowledge of SAP?s architecture with expert level understanding of
SAP functional best practices.

·       Deep functional expertise in SAP core modules, it's bolt-ons and
managed applications.

·       Demonstrated skill in Enterprise Development

·       Must be an expert in analyzing, creating system specifications,
developing tests cases and implementing business solutions utilizing SAP
technologies.

·       Experience working with interfaces in addition to Web Services, such
as Java connectors and Rest APIs communicating with non-SAP applications.

·       Must have good knowledge of SAP security concepts

·       Leverage available learning resources to identify best practices that
resonate and support the vision of the organization.

·       Stay current with enabling technologies and work as a partner to
promote their use.

·       Ability to negotiate priorities and timelines with business
stakeholders

·       Solid understanding of Agile Development Practices and ability to
lead / coach the teams

Soft Skills:

·       Leadership, accountability, and ownership are key to the success of
this position

·       Ability to work effectively with stakeholders with competing
priorities, including senior managers and executives.

·       Communication and collaboration among different project team members.

·       Ability to present complex ideas to a broad audience of customers &
stakeholders with varying skill levels, (oral and written communication).

·       Demonstrated presentation skills with the ability to assist others to
gain clear understanding of expected outcomes and knowledge transfer

·       Self-starter, motivated, proactive, well organized, and fast learner

·       Experience in working in different cultures and environments, in a
matrixed organization.

·       Flexibility: adapt and respond to the changing environment.

·       Working knowledge of agile & Waterfall methodologies
