Job Roles and Responsibilities -
1. Customer call the Toll free number to get an appointment with the Available or Nearby Doctor
for consulting or treatment for their own reason , Call Center Agent must give a proper response
knowing the details from customer and check the availability of Doctor by collecting the Zip
Code
2. If the customer ask for an Ambulance to Book for any emergency , Call Center Agent must
respond immediately to dispatch the Ambulance for the required location and stay on call until
Ambulance reach the actual location and arrange an available doctor from that location.
3. No sales involved , No Targets involved , No Survey involved.
