Operations Supervisor
Salary: 50,000 to 60,000
Work onsite in Taguig
Schedule: Shifting
Responsibilities:
Leads and motivates a team of Medical Engineers and Sales personnel in achieving operations and sales targets
Ensures all cases received by Operations Team are processed within the Service level agreement turnaround time
Maintains and updates of Operations Manual as and when there’re changes
Work closely with Operations Manager and/or Head for new product launch and support in contributing to implement new processes
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related function is required preferably in medical/healthcare industry
Graduate of any courses
Good understanding of a "services business" in healthcare/ medical environment is an advantage
Experience supporting global, high-availability operating environments
