Clarity Partners is a boutique recruitment agency, specializing in the recruitment of Insurance, Legal, and Finance professionals.
We are now seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to specialise in our Insurance division. The successful applicant will be responsible for;
- Establishing and building relationships with Insurance clients
- Assisting Insurance candidates identify job vacancies that match their skills
- Advertise Insurance vacancies on internet sites and social media channels
- Source Insurance candidates for jobs
- Assess Insurance candidates for suitability, and quality
- Assist Insurance candidates to update their CVs and prepare for interviews
- Consultant Insurance clients and candidates on labour market trends and salaries.
Minimum requirements:
- 4 years + recruitment agency experience - Specialising in the Insurance sector
- Strong knowledge of Insurance business concepts (Business models, strategy, and planning
- Degree qualified
- Excellent sales and marketing skills
- Attention to detail, and strong communication skills
