PeopleReady ofHenderson, KYis now hiring Custodians!As a Custodian, you will perform basic cleaning, sanitation, and minor maintenance of an assigned building and grounds.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $17/ hour
What you'll be doing as a Custodian:

• Cleaning apartments, getting ready for tenants to move in. Inspections
• Deep cleaning apartments, may strip floors, minor repairs (change lightbulbs)
• Keep sidewalks clean and free of debris
• Supply and clean restrooms
• Collect and remove trash
• Adjust or repair minor issues with building equipment and systems

Available shifts:
Shift timings -1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:

• Previous custodial experience preferred, but not required
• Flexibility to work in an environment that changes quickly
• Work frequently with cleaning chemicals
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and frequently reach, bend, carry, and balance items

Drug screen required
