Backend Software Engineer (Go)
at Vivaldi in United States Of America
So, you're the type of person who thrives in start-ups. The very newness of creating something from scratch is what you live for. You get energized from just thinking about it.
In fact, you've never or have little experience working for big tech. It's just not your thing.
You do your best when on any given day, you can create a robust API in Go, design and launch new features, design and deploy scalable & distributed microservices, and jump into integrated various types of databases and 3rd party services. And of course, that's not where it ends and that's okay with you.
Qualifications
Experience building products from the ground up
Experience deploying products to a major cloud provider
Experience with most of the following: OLTP/OLAP databases, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/Pulumi
3+ years experience designing and building highly available and scalable backend applications
2+ years experience in Go (preferred)
