Forensic Lab Program Manager #2962

Eagle Harbor is looking for Forensic Lab Program Manager to support our client in Quantico, VA.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct supervision, program control, scheduling, and management of Eagle Harbor personnel providing FBI forensic laboratory support.
Provide timekeeping, invoicing for labor hours, travel administration, and accounting of direct costs.
Provide progress reporting of duties and projects, as appropriate.
Provide incidental Quality Assurance (QA) of all deliverables.
Resolve problems, issues, or conflicts, as required.
Ensure that program schedules, performance, and deliverables are met.
Provide information related to the performance and / or status of current tasks.
Provide cost and staffing estimates relative to the completion of existing tasks as well as possible addition of future tasks.
Coordinate work schedule shifts for Eagle Harbor staff.
Provide report metrics to management, as required.
Support activities, functions, or duties.
Research, develop, and author whitepapers and information papers, as required.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Active Secret Clearance is required
Bachelors in Life or Physical Sciences
Minimum of five years in management positions providing supervision, program control, scheduling and management of forensic laboratory personnel
Advanced MS Office Suite skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Position in Quantico, VA
