Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $13 - $14 / Hour
What you'll be doing as a Resident Assistant:

• Provide compassionate and individualized assistance to residents
• Assist with daily personal tasks such as dressing, oral hygiene, and bathing.
• Ensure Residents' apartments are clean and tidy
• Monitor and report any concerning changes in residents' behavior or condition.
• Ensure residents are eating and drinking according to health care provider's orders.
• Make sure residents are taking all medications on time and in proper amounts
• Provide compassionate yet professional companionship and conversation.

Job requirements:

• No medical experience needed
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule
• Clean criminal background
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Good conversation skills and friendly demeanor
• Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted
• Ability to stand, bend, left, and push for entire shift.
• Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
• Background Check Required
• Drug Test Required
