GVI, Inc., a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Management Analyst III in Charleston, SC.

This position will provide full spectrum program management support services to Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic’s Command & Control Situational Awareness (C2SA) Integrated Product Team (IPT).

C2SA supports the USMC and Navy with life cycle engineering, logistics, production fielding, training, and sustainment support for Friendly Force tracking systems such Mounted Family of Computer Systems (MFoCS), Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK), and MAGTAF Common Handheld (MCH).

This position is for an awarded contract that has over four years of optional Period of Performance (PoP) remaining.

Position Responsibilities:

Ability to assist with monitoring and reporting the activities of a cross functional team to ensure successful completion of the project’s scope of requirements.
Develop, track, and report project Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), to include developing OnePager IMS road maps for briefing.
Effectively analyze schedule critical path, schedule conflicts/risk, and resource requirements/constraints.
Support IPT as Risk Manager, responsibilities to include: coordinate and host project IPT Risk Review Meetings, manage risk registry, identify/analyze/prioritize risk, prepare risk assessments and risk mitigation plans.
Coordinate with functional areas of the IPT to collect and develop Program Management Health Review Briefs as required.
Support the IPT with controlling and tracking performance and requirements in terms of costs, schedules, and resources.
Manage IPT meetings including hosting meetings, developing meeting briefs, and capture/tracking meeting minutes and action items.
Provide maintenance of program management artifacts such as Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Org Charts related Task Books planned/executed for each Fiscal Year.
Experience in the development and maintenance of project management plans with specific focus in Risk Management Plan (RSKMP) and Project Management Plan (PMP).
Apply PMBOK principles to support a product development lifecycle.
Utilize analysis schedule data, project artifacts, and other relevant data to document lessons learned.
Identify process improvement opportunities using CPI models such as CMMI, ITIL, and ISO.
Effectively assist in the development and maintenance of a Communication Plan, stakeholder registry, and communication tracking.
Effectively assist in the development of SOPs by creating, charting, and running Technical Working Groups with process stakeholders.
Support the IPT with drafting and final documentation support of ad hoc technical documentation and white papers.
Position Requirements:

US Citizen.
Active Secret Clearance Required.
Work to be performed in combination with telework and onsite (Hanahan SC) as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Education, Physical Science, or business-related specialty.
Six (6) years of experience, to include: Development of Program Acquisition Documentation, Development of Program Monitoring Approach (i.e. PERT, CPM, EVM, etc.), Data Collection and Analysis, Program Health & Risk Analysis, Development of Cost Estimates, Development of Program Status Reports, and Development & Management of Integrated Master Schedules.
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
Intermediate to advanced skill set in MS Office Suite, MS Project, One Pager, Power Point, and Adobe Acrobat.
Position is in Charleston, SC.
