Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $18/ hour
What you'll be doing as aPorter:

• Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings.
• Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
• Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Assist in the cleaning of available apartments and or models.
• Assist maintenance team with snow removal (If applicable).
• Assist in the troubleshoot/repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems.
• Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Available shifts:
Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) and Weekends
Job requirements:

• Preferred 6 months' experience in day porter, custodian/janitorial, or similar role
• Availability to work 8-hour morning shifts - Weekend availability a plus!
• Experience using hand tools and equipment common in janitorial/porter work
• Knowledge of proper use and disposal of cleaning chemicals and water conservation
• Ability to walk and stand for long and/or frequent periods of time
• Reliable transportation
• Apartment grounds cleaning, cleaner, housekeeping, custodian work, janitorial services, landscaping and/or grounds keeping, hotel houseman, ESA encouraged to apply!
• Drug screen required
• Background Check Required
