Advance Performance Pain & Wellness Center is looking for a dynamic Physical Therapist to join our growing team. We are seeking an experienced candidate with strong manual therapy skills who is committed to working in an engaging, collaborative, team-oriented clinic. This role requires a strong Orthopedic and Sports Medicine background with prior experience working in an integrated setting a plus.

Our Physical Therapy department has been strongly led by the same DPT for more than a decade. This individual is relocating his family out of state and we are seeking a highly qualified candidate to continue leading our Physical Therapy department. Role Description:

Provides direct patient care, evaluates functional needs and outcomes, and collaborates with other providers in the clinic. Reviews patients’ functional needs and adjusts care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Administers physical therapy treatments such as patient exercise using equipment and objective functional testing.
Employs treatment strategies that utilize proven treatment strategies aimed at achieving patient outcomes and patient retention.
Conducts therapy practice within defined standards of care while maintaining all ethical, legal and professional responsibilities.
Directs the assistance of support staff to achieve patients’ functional goals.
Communicates effectively with DOR, teammates and facility staff.
Maintains excellent documentation with evaluations, treatment goals, and plans. Regularly updates documentation with confidentiality while maintaining all prescriptions and signatures.
REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE:

Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois
Orthopedic, Sports Medicine, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine experience of 2+ years preferred.
Doctorate preferred.
Strong patient care and manual therapy skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
