Jr Account Tax Clerk needs AP/AR experience

Jr Account Tax Clerk requires:
 Proficient technical skills in MS Excel
 AP/AR
 Invoicing
 Purchase order

Jr Account Tax Clerk duties:
- Review and sign-off of daily and monthly controls and checks
- Reconciliations for the account categories (ex.: Funding, Repos, AR/AP, Accrued Interest, , Positions, Clearings, Controls, MTM P&L)
- Assist to prepare monthly / quarterly scorecards and reports for management
- Prepare reporting of the status of the reconciliations including monthly / quarterly scorecards
- Participate in projects relating to the enhancement of reconciliation capabilities / processes
- Assist the management to implement control and governance programs
- Lead coordination and communication of reconciliation results
- Assists in preparing an analysis of smaller, less complex projects.
- Support planning processes, understands assumptions, and other drivers of the business to create accurate forecasts.
- Analyzes financial data to assess how the business is performing against forecast/plan.
- Supports accounting and functional areas during month-end close.
- Provides additional support for adhoc reports and analysis as needs arise.
- Assisting with Purchase Order creation and invoicing
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
