• Accounts payable
• Scheduling
• Dispatching
• Excel
• Word
• E-Mail
• Customer Service

• Office Management experience
• Independent thinking
• Decision Making
• Managing work orders
• Stable work history
• Fast paced environment
• Good written and verbal skills
• Excel spreadsheets and payroll experience.
• An understanding of Paychex, retail POS systems; VEND and/or Lightspeed.
