This is a 6 Month Contract - NO C2C.

Candidates hired for this role will be required to start onsite from Day 1 following hybrid work option, 2 to 3 days in office. Please submit candidates who are local to either Jersey City, Dallas or Tampa.

This position is within the HR Governance team. The incumbent will be work in partnership with the Diverse Talent Management & Advancement & HR Technology teams to design and produce metrics, reports and key performance indicators which help senior management gauge the effectiveness of our D&I, Organization Development & Talent Acquisition efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee the automation of D&I metrics, reporting, and key performance indicators including the Senior Management dashboard measuring staff representation, recruitment, mobility, and retention.
Partner with the Organizational Development team to develop metrics and reports around Leadership Development programs, mandatory training requirements and D&I learning participation.
Partner with D&I Sourcing/Recruiting Director and the Talent Acquisition team to create and track diversity recruitment metrics and provide reports that closely monitor our progress, evaluate our investments, and uncover opportunities for improvement
Partner with the Employee Resource Groups Director to create and report on ERG Membership metrics and reports.
Partner with the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility to report on Employee giving and volunteering efforts.
Participate in the development of DTCC’s ESG Reporting initiative as required.
Continuously review/monitor employee engagement surveys and other sources for workplace climate trends and patterns
Assist Senior Management with any ad-hoc data requests.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Submission Summary):

1. Minimum 8 years of experience working in data related field with at least 5 years of project management.

2. Advanced level MS Excel experience (Writing complex VBA macros, external data connections)

3. Advanced Power BI experience (Power Query, data modeling, creating highly formatted reports)

4. Technical expertise with programming in an analytical language which can used to extend Power BI functionality (Python or R)

5. Technical expertise in reporting capabilities within other available tools – Tableau, SQL Server, Oracle HCM & Oracle Recruiting.

6. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
