Hiring professional sales representatives with commission only or B2B sales experience for an above ground pool company that operates in 80 sales markets across the U.S.

Job Description:

-You will not be required to generate leads.
-We advertise on commercials and the internet which means all of our leads are inbound and they are very HOT leads.
-We PRE-APPROVE each person for a loan and then schedule an in home appointment (we schedule 100% of the appointments).
-You will be giving a 90 minute product presentation about the various pools available.
-Expect to run 2-3 appointments per day 6 days a week (10-12 per week). You must work on Saturday and Sunday. You can take a day off M-F if you choose to. We encourage working 7 days a week but it is not a requirement.
-You will be required to attend a 2.5 day training class. We will pay for the hotel if you live more than 50 miles away.
-Must have valid DL, SS card, reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.

Compensation:

-$25 pitch commission (base pay) for each product presentation regardless of the outcome.
-Average commission is $600-$700 per pool. The average company closing rate is 40-50%. Which means you will need to sell 5-6 pools per week. If you are an average closer (which is okay) you can make $2500-$3500 weekly.
-Bonus pay: $150 per cash sale and $100 per financed sale paid at the end of pool season on August 15th.
