We are looking for the right person to fill an opening in our Field Sales department as a Field Sales Engineer Northeast - This role will be heavily focused on network audio and intercom solutions while supporting the Northeast Business Area region. The region covers New England, NY State, and New Jersey. The primary office location is in Manhattan.


What You’ll Need

Bachelor’ Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or Information Systems is preferred.
4+ years experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role, ideally in network video and physical security markets.
Strong knowledge of the physical security and IT markets.
Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, VPNs, etc.)
Strong knowledge of VoIP solutions, SIP, and related protocols
Strong understanding of video transport protocols and compression technologies.
Strong knowledge of image quality and photography principles.
Strong knowledge of electronic access control concepts and components
Strong technical writing and presentation skills (white paper, manuals, instructions, etc.)
Experienced design documentation skills (schematics, flow charts, topologies, metrics, FOV, pixels on target, angles, etc.)

Compensation Range: NYC area: $90K - $130K
