Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We have several job vacancies onsite or remote in Greece. We're looking for fluent German, Italian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Slovakian or Dutch speakers plus English.
Working in Greece:

Your new role will be:
- Represent a worldwide brand.
- Integrate a multicultural environment.
- Develop customer relationships and grant the best experience for the customer.
- Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents.
- Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
- Channels of communication: email/chat as well as phone calls.
